The smell of Spring - why is bee pollen good for you

Is one quart of wine a good juice to finish the day?
(HEY! I'm just kidding!)

Spring is in the air and I have to write this article very fast if I want to enjoy this day!
Since exercices is good for fibromyalgia, I'm trying to do at least 30 minutes per day as the doctor ordered (better than medications, let me tell you).

This morning, I got:
- 2 apples;
- half a head of celery;
- half a head of Romaine lettuce;
- 45 ml of Aloe Vera gel;
- some purified water to make a quart of juice.

I found out the taste was not as strong as usual and it was much tasty like this. I'm gonna stick to this recipe. ;)

Budget: 3$

So... about bee pollen!

It's been accepted by most doctors and nutritionists that 35 grams of bee pollen daily contains all the nutrients needed by the human body to sustain life. Isn't it marvelous?

Here's the benefits of bee pollen:

- Bee pollen contains proteins, mono and polyunsaturated fats, vitamins B, C, D, E, and beta-carotene, calcium, magnesium, selenium, nucleic acids, lecithin, and cysteine, all of which have been proven effective in strengthening the immune system. Good for fibromyalgia but also for cancer and all immune system related disease.

- Because bee pollen contains traces of the substances that can trigger allergic hay fever, some allergists prescribe it to help lower sensitivity to local plant pollens. It did worked for me; I was a person with allergies issues from March to October, with the nose congested almost all year. I have no more allergies symptoms now. Yeah!!

- It has a full complement of amino acids, essential fatty acids and vitamins that help regulate mood; so, obviously, taking bee pollen supplements can help you control the stress in your life. For this reason, it's very good for those who suffer from depression.

Before taking any massive dose (well, 1 tablespoon), be sure to test it with one grain under your tongue.

Second juice of the day:
- 3 grapefruit;
- 2 oranges;
- 1 lime;
- 1 tablespoon of hemp oil;
- 1 tablespoon of bee pollen;
- 1 tablespoon of chlorella.

Budget: 3,25$

Have a good day, sexy!
