A brand new attitude (after salt water flush)

Hi guys!
Here I am today starting the juice feasting once again.

This time, I will trust myself more and will overcome attitude surround me (and detox symptoms!).

This morning, I got the salt water flush and after 2 hours, I got celery and pears juice. Awesome! Not too sweet and a very good taste!

I got 4 cups for 2,30$.

I'll have four days of juice feasting here and I'll bring lemon and a manual presser with me to do 3 days of Master Cleanse in my family. Hard to believe I'll drink lemonade for Easter. loll

I just hope I won't get any trouble (meaning bad attitude) in my family, regarding this juice fasting. I'll pretend I am on day 21 and I don't wanna break the fast. loll (I am not a good liar anyway).

I feel a bit tired. I have fibromyalgia symptoms since 3 days and obviously PMS is giving me trouble.

I didn't told you guys; I went to test my vision and the optometrist told me my vision improved by 0,25 so instead of having -4,25, I have -4,00. Awesome! I wouldn't believe it myself!

How much do you think my vision can improve if I do a juice feast for 60 days? Wow! I wish my vision come back to normal (20/20). I don't think it's possible anyway. For now, I've been told my eyes look like they have 30 years (instead of 35) which is good. Can we do that with my mood and my overall health? :)

Take care sexy!

Coconut oil: a versatile product of nature

Hi everybody!
Here's the article I've promised to you since few days. I am really sorry for the delay; I've been having trouble with muscles pain.

Coconut oil has been consumed for thousands of years in tropical and subtropical area. Many cultures uses this oil in their life, as much for their hair and body (which is a very effective and inexpensive treatment to revitalize) as an oil for cooking. Studies has shown that peoples who consumed this oil are not touched that much by western diseases.

Here's a list of benefits of coconut oil.

Hair care:
Coconut oil is one of the best natural nutrition for hair. It helps in healthy growth of hair providing them a shinny complexion.

Stress relief:
Applying coconut oil to the head followed with a gentle massage helps in removing mental fatigue.

Skin care:
Coconut oil is a safe solution for preventing dryness and flaking of skin. It delays wrinkles and sagging of skin which normally become prominent with age. Coconut oil also helps in treating various skin problems including psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and other skin infections.

Premature Aging:
Coconut oil helps in preventing premature aging and degenerative diseases due to its antioxidant properties.

Heart Diseases:
Coconut oil contains about 50% lauric acid, which helps in preventing various heart problems including high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. The saturated fats present in coconut oil are not harmful as it happens in case of other vegetables oils. It does not lead to increase in LDL levels. It also reduces the incidence of injury in arteries.

Weight loss;
Cocont oil contains short and medium-chain fatty acids that help in taking off excessive weight. It is easy to digest and it helps in healthy functioning of the thyroid and enzymes systems.

Digestion:
The saturated fats present in coconut oil have anti microbial properties and help in dealing with various bacteria, fungi, parasites, etc., that cause indigestion. Coconut oil helps in absorption of other nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Immunity:
Coconut oil strengthens the immune system as it contains antimicrobial lipids, lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid which have antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral properties.

Healing:
When applied on infections, it forms a chemical layer which protects the infected body part from external dust, air, fungi, bacteria and virus. Coconut oil is most effective on bruises as it speeds up the healing process by repairing damaged tissues.

Infections:
coconut oil kills viruses that cause influenza, measles, hepatitis, herpes, SARS, etc. It also kills bacteria that cause ulcers, throat infections, urinary tract infections, pneumonia, and gonorrhea, etc. Coconut oil is also effective on fungi and yeast that cause candidiasis, ringworm, athlete's foot, thrush, diaper rash, etc.

I invite you to also investigate on the benefits of coconut oil on diabetes, bones, dental care and HIV and cancer.

Tomorrow, I will begin (once again) my juice feasting; I will try not to have any high expectations.
I also know that I am leaving to see my family on thursday and I know I will do the Master cleanse once in the family (I don't plan to bring my Hurom juicer; that's heavy ;)).

I didn't sleep very much last night so I feel different kind of pain because of fibromyalgia. Yeah!

Which me luck for tomorrow (maybe I should eat chocolate tonight before Easter comes).

Take care, sexy!

Detox symptoms of a juice feasting program

Hi there!
I just want to let you know I will start the juice feast again. The main reason is that I am facing once again fibromyalgia symptoms and I definitely need to overcome this illness.

I've read a bit about detox symptoms and I was not ready to face all of them. My mistake.

When you do a detox, you have to be ready to face them:
- headache;
- nausea;
- upset stomach;
- diarrhea;
- acne/rashes;
- strong body odor;
- reappearance of old aches and pains;
- boils;
- drastic weight loss;
- chills.

These symptoms are usually short-term; because each person carries within him the seeds for disease and illness, it is normal to feel those symptoms since the body clears out the toxins. Don't expect to feel good all the time on a detox program. It's part of the detox process.

I never said it would be easy for me; I thought, however, that will all this juice feast, I would always be happy to drink the juices but in fact, Ive faced a detox symptoms I didn't expect: nausea. Thanks God, now I know. I prepare myself to water fast if I face this symptoms again.

Wish me luck. ;)

In few hours, I will post the article I've promised about coconut oil benefits.

Take care for now, sexy!

Raw Tapenade - Bruschetta recipe

Oh my.
Couldn't resist to eat. Obviously, I was not ready for a juice feast.
So instead of losing this blog, I will post raw food recipe (really!).

Tonight, I've experimented.
I've saw a recipe online that was saying "tapenade" and it looks really yummy. So I've tried to make one raw.

For this recipe, I've used:

- Raw black sun dried olives (25-30);
- 2 tomatoes;
- 3 garlic cloves
- a bunch of fresh basil;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon.

Mix all this in a food processor. If you like bruschetta type sauce, you'll fall in love with this recipe. Easy and very good on a cracker (raw and dehydrated, of course). I had to stop myself eating this.

I am gonna try to make a roobios tea right now with raw hemp milk. I'll post if I like the taste. :)

Take care and have fun, sexy!

Karine
P.S. This could be a nice sauce for pasta! (well, zucchini pasta)

Betty poo! (how to juice feast with success)

Hi everybody!

I will disappoint many peoples.
Yesterday, all day I was still having nausea and I couldn't drink any juice anymore. I was having an overdose of sugar.

So since I am not a liar, I will be honest, I ate something. Not that I am feeling better now. But I just wonder if I can do a 30 days juice fast. How do these peoples could have done 92 days, I have no idea.... Maybe I need diversity but organic food is so expensive and not always available in a cold country (I am living in Quebec province). So I've chosen to juice orange, pineapple, grapefruit and kiwi not organic to lower my weekly grocery bills. (I am not really rich - not yet ;) )

So what should I do? In the morning, I've decided to give it a try again for few days. Obviously, I will turn to raw food after this fast so I won't stop to eat healthy. I am not gonna go back to a standard American diet (SAD).

What I will do for sure, I will juice 250 ml less and add 250 ml of water to softer the taste of juice. I will also juice with fruits that are less sweet (if it's possible!).

So this morning, I've juiced without fruit and I didn't get the nausea. That was not really appealing to drink it in the morning but that's okay for today.

I've drink:
- half a head of celery;
- 4 carrots;
- 1 head of romaine lettuce.

I've added 200 ml of distilled water.

Today, I have a question for you. Why do we associate food to celebration?
Yesterday, I got a good new and I wanted to celebrate it. I was really in the mood to eat something but I was feeling guilty just to think about the idea of breaking the fast.

Since I was too nausea and I was not able to look at juice anymore, I succumb to the temptation.
Even today, I question the juice fast. Don't know why.

Let's see today If i can do it.
Don't misunderstand me. I really agree that a juice feast is good for health. I just question If I can do it NOW.

Tell me your opinion.
Maybe, the secret for a juice feasting with success is to cheat and eat when our body requires it. :))

Nausea - an end to juice feasting?

HI folks!
Today, I woke up with the feeling I don't want juice anymore. I am not sure if it's normal.
Yesterday, my lst drink was a lot of carrot, the rest of the head of celery and 3 apples.
I was in disgust just to finish it and today, i don't feel like juice feasting. I am not sure if it's normal.

I feel really tired, which can be of course toxins that are releasing but I also have some pain related to fibromyalgia, like the whole fatigue, which is common to fibromyalgia. It's not that I don't want to fast anymore, I am just TIRED of sweet stuff. But when I think about it, even if I drink something salty, I feel I'm gonna throw out. What should I do? No idea.

So, 'til now, I am not gonna drink a juice. I will wait until I am craving one. I'll make sure to keep myself hydrated with water for the day. Maybe it will be a water fast today.

Take care sexy!

Take care folk!

Is that a kale leaf can be smoked? (or the benefits of hemp oil)

Let's talk about marijuana. Huh, I mean cold pressed hemp oil. Don't misunderstand me. Hemp leaf is definitely legal and good for you ;) (no kidding here).

What are the benefits of hemp oil? No, you cannot smoke it. But for a girl like me who has fibromyalgia, I can definitely benefit from hemp oil. I am taking 1 tablespoon per day.

In hemp oil, you will find Omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids. Very good for the skin (Hemp seeds are a rich source of essential fatty acids. These fatty acids are required to maintain the moisture content in body), the mood, for inflammation in muscles, etc. It's been called nature's perfect food for humanity. Mmmm, let's see.

Here's an exhaustive list of benefits:

- Hemp oil is natures most balanced oil for human nutrition (3:1 LA to LNA ratio) and is easily digestible;

- Heart Health and Lowered Blood Pressure - High blood pressure is a sign that the heart is being overworked from having to constantly force blood through sluggish blood vessels. Clinical studies indicate that hemp products reduce inflammation and improve circulation, which means that the blood can flow and take the pressure off the heart.

- Better Digestion – The fiber and fats work wonders for our bowels.

- Losing Weight Naturally - Hemp will fill you up so you don't feel hungry and crave foods that put on the pounds. Getting enough essential fats and other nutrients that are provided by hemp is one of the best ways to stay slim and healthy;

- More Energy - yes sista'!;

- Healthy Cholesterol Levels - The natural fats and nutrients in hemp help us to maintain balanced cholesterol levels;

- Harmonious Blood Sugars levels - One of the most important ways to defy age and prevent disease is to maintain even blood sugar.

So don't be shy and don't feel guilty! It's all good and legal. :)

This morning, I got same juice than usual (or almost like it):
Juice #1:
- half of celery;
- 3 green apples;
- a head of regular green lettuce;
- aloe vera (45 ml).

Budget: 3,75$

Juice #2:
- half of a pineapple;
- 4 oranges;
- chlorella (1 tablespoon)
- bee pollen (1 tablespoon).

Budget: 3,50$

Juice #3

- 2 grapefruits;
- 4 oranges.

Budget: 2,40$

The fourth juice will come as this:
- half of head of celery;
- 4 carrots;
- 3 apples and some water.

Budget: 2,56$

That's all for today, I'm going to cinema tonight. Not sure which movie but definitely a comedy.
Good night, sexy!

Ugly duck looking for frog - detox symptoms for good

Hi there!
here's a little update for the juices I drank:

I've got two other drinks today.
The third quart was:
- half a pineapple;
- 3 grapefruits;
- 2 oranges.

Budget: 3,30$

The fourth quart was;
- 3 yellow apples;
- half a head of celery;
- 4 carrots - average size;
- half a head of romaine lettuce;
- 200 ml of distilled water to make a full quart.
Budget: 2,75$

Today, I went for some shopping and while I was browsing for a bag pack, I've heard a little boy telling to his mom that I was not beautiful. I've checked if I was the only woman in the place. Yes I was. I really felt I was the ugly duck. In my head, I was figuring I was answering him and throwing something to his face but this is where my thoughts stopped. I am not violent. I just hate what he said.

But basically, I know what he meant. I was wearing a cap, no makeup, wearing my glasses and since I am detoxifying, I have some pimples on my face (look like I am a multifunction remote control. Damn. I was wearing sport clothes, nothing to my advantage, I don't really look like a woman those days. Well. Fair enough.
But I am just not in the mood to always pimp my look like a pine-up. Don't you?

Good night sexy!

The smell of Spring - why is bee pollen good for you

Is one quart of wine a good juice to finish the day?
(HEY! I'm just kidding!)

Spring is in the air and I have to write this article very fast if I want to enjoy this day!
Since exercices is good for fibromyalgia, I'm trying to do at least 30 minutes per day as the doctor ordered (better than medications, let me tell you).

This morning, I got:
- 2 apples;
- half a head of celery;
- half a head of Romaine lettuce;
- 45 ml of Aloe Vera gel;
- some purified water to make a quart of juice.

I found out the taste was not as strong as usual and it was much tasty like this. I'm gonna stick to this recipe. ;)

Budget: 3$

So... about bee pollen!

It's been accepted by most doctors and nutritionists that 35 grams of bee pollen daily contains all the nutrients needed by the human body to sustain life. Isn't it marvelous?

Here's the benefits of bee pollen:

- Bee pollen contains proteins, mono and polyunsaturated fats, vitamins B, C, D, E, and beta-carotene, calcium, magnesium, selenium, nucleic acids, lecithin, and cysteine, all of which have been proven effective in strengthening the immune system. Good for fibromyalgia but also for cancer and all immune system related disease.

- Because bee pollen contains traces of the substances that can trigger allergic hay fever, some allergists prescribe it to help lower sensitivity to local plant pollens. It did worked for me; I was a person with allergies issues from March to October, with the nose congested almost all year. I have no more allergies symptoms now. Yeah!!

- It has a full complement of amino acids, essential fatty acids and vitamins that help regulate mood; so, obviously, taking bee pollen supplements can help you control the stress in your life. For this reason, it's very good for those who suffer from depression.

Before taking any massive dose (well, 1 tablespoon), be sure to test it with one grain under your tongue.

Second juice of the day:
- 3 grapefruit;
- 2 oranges;
- 1 lime;
- 1 tablespoon of hemp oil;
- 1 tablespoon of bee pollen;
- 1 tablespoon of chlorella.

Budget: 3,25$

Have a good day, sexy!

Little mistake - juicing is a scientific evidence

Hi gals!
It's almost 10h pm. I am hungry. Damn.
In the afternoon, I got a drink that was really bad. I guess that was the red cabbage that was bad.

I did:
- Red cabbage;
- carrots;
- celery;
- kale and green salad;
- one apple.

Budget: 5$ approximately. 1 quart.

Later, around 6h30, I got:
- Oranges;
- pineapple;
- lime;
- chlorella.

Budget: 4,25$

I just read that a typical day is:

One Quart each, made fresh, drank approx. 2-3 hours apart, in this order:
1. 8:00 am Green Vegetable Juice
2. 10:30 am Fruit Juice (or Green Vegetable Juice)
3. 1:00 pm Fruit Juice (or Green Vegetable Juice)
4. 3:30 pm Green Vegetable Juice

Oups. Definitely not what I was doing. I'll correct that tomorrow and I am gonna make sure to read everything I need to know (and do!) in order to do a pleasant juice experience. Keep tuning, sexy babes!

The pic I don't wanna share... (a little story about aloe vera)

Okay. I have to be honest.
I just saw the pic of me I just took and I can't believe I took so much weight in so little time... I am almost crying. Damn. I am tempted to put a pic of me BEFORE this big mess. But I won't. I don't have to do that. I have to face who i have become and accept the consequences of bad habits.

I can see that all the weight I took is all in the hips and the stomach. I look like a ball of Kinball.

I just hate what I see... really. Anyhow. That just motivate me. Can you believe I was wearing a size 4 in 2008? Damn.

Okay, this morning, I did another salt water flush. It does help to remove toxins.

I got yesterday Bee pollens and Hemp oil to add fat and some proteins in my juice feast. I'll tell more about it tomorrow.

I got this morning:
- 2 oranges;
- a half pineapple;
- 1 grapefruit;
- aloe vera juice (45 ml);
- Hemp oil (1 tablespoon);
- Bee pollen.

I totally forgot to add chlorella, but I'll add it for the second drink in my day.
Budget: 3,75$

Let's talk about aloe vera today.
This plant is a miracle by itself. It is helpful for many conditions (and not only for sunburn): cancer, cholesterol, diabetes, IBS, inflammation, etc.

Here's the list I got from NaturalNews for its benefits:

Halts the growth of cancer tumors.
• Lowers high cholesterol.
• Repairs "sludge blood" and reverses "sticky blood".
• Boosts the oxygenation of your blood.
• Eases inflammation and soothes arthritis pain.
• Protects the body from oxidative stress.
• Prevents kidney stones and protects the body from oxalates in coffee and tea.
• Alkalizes the body, helping to balance overly acidic dietary habits.
• Cures ulcers, IBS, Crohn's disease and other digestive disorders.
• Reduces high blood pressure natural, by treating the cause, not just the symptoms.
• Nourishes the body with minerals, vitamins, enzymes and glyconutrients.
• Accelerates healing from physical burns and radiation burns.
• Replaces dozens of first aid products, makes bandages and antibacterial sprays obsolete.
• Halts colon cancer, heals the intestines and lubricates the digestive tract.
• Ends constipation.
• Stabilizes blood sugar and reduces triglycerides in diabetics.
• Prevents and treats candida infections.

This is how Aloe Vera is good for you. And inexpensive too. I got a liter for 10$ (okay, I got it from the Ontario side, less taxes, loll)

Since I have skin problem, aloe vera will be a good thing for me. Aloe vera soothes the skin, hydrates it, nourishes it and accelerates the regeneration of new skin tissue. Moreover, you could use the gel from the plant directly on your skin and it will acts better than any cream you will find on the market.

For fibromyalgia, since aloe vera reduces inflammation, joint and muscles pain, after adding this to my juice for two weeks, it says I will begin to experience a significant reduction of inflammation symptoms. I'll tell you more about this after 2 weeks. :) Of course, if you eat a typical SAD diet, like meat, sugar, flour, milk, fried foods, it won't be as powerful but you will still experience a relief but a lifestyle change about your food habits will likely be a benefit for your health.

What is also very important to amplifies the antioxidant effects of vitamins. It makes vitamin C, vitamin E and other antioxidants work better! Isn't it magnificent?

You wanna cures ulcers, IBS, Crohn's disease and Celiac disease? Once again, Aloe vera! If you use it regularly, you'll notice big improvement in your health.

Aloe vera is antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal. That makes all of you first aid kit obsolete.
Aloe vera also contains acemannan, a natural immune booster. Can you find better than this?

LESS is MORE - Chlorella, a superfood for fibromyalgia

Hello guys!
I just woke up! What a beautiful day! It is 7h30 AM and overall, I got an average sleep. Apart a nightmare, I feel good this morning even if I got awakened many times in the night time.

Ok. I have something to confess. I am not idiot, I just don't speak English as a first language. So If what I write look basic, I don't mean to. ;)

Ok. Another thing I have to put in perspective. What do I look like in the morning?
Ugly. Really. Yes. This is a hard confession but I have to. For those who wanna see a picture, I'll gladly post one.

But let's be honest once again.

Today, I look like this for marketing purposes. I don't wear makeup, I didn't sleep very well to make sure I have puffy eyes on the picture, I am wearing ugly clothes but after few weeks, I'll start to lose weight, have a glowing skin, MORE make-up, LESS clothes and then you'll hate me MORE but I'll start to look MORE stupid to give you a reason to stick with me. Also, MORE men will join the blog to look for pictures of me in a bikini (since I said it's one of my goal). We all know it won't be to join me on my juicing journey...

Oh... by the way, the closer I'll be from my goal, the LESS I'll write here to enjoy MORE life outside.

This morning, I am getting :
- 1 grapefruit;
- 2 oranges;
- half a pineapple;
- 45 ml of aloe vera gel;
- Chlorella.
Budget: 2,75$

Let's talk a bit about Chlorella.
This is one of the most complete algae you will find in nature. Not only it is good for body fat and diabetes, it is also fantastic for fibromyalgia for some reasons. (Geez, I am getting upset because the dictionary on my computer doesn't recognize the word "fibromyalgia". It looks like in real life, with so many doctors, who don't recognize this illness).

Chlorella also relieves arthritis and joint pain. It also shows tremendous promise as a natural detoxifier, immune system booster, and perhaps even a cancer fighter. Chlorella is a freshwater algae that contains a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids that it's considered not so far than perfect whole food. Chlorella is also the richest source of chlorophyll on earth. Good no? No to mention that Chlorella is inexpensive. When mixed with juice, it doesn't really alter the taste of the juice (well, I do like the real taste of orange in the morning!).

THE GOOD NEW ABOUT FIBROMYALGIA:

The primary symptoms of fibromyalgia involve inflammation or pain in joints and muscles, often accompanied by fatigue.

In two separate clinical trials conducted in Japan, researchers found that daily therapy with 10 grams of chlorella in tablet form and 100 millilitres of chlorella liquid extract brought improvements in pain, sleep, and anxiety - all common measures of fibromyalgia severity.

After three months, 62 percent of the fibromyalgia patients taking the chlorella scored better on pain assessment measures - an improvement that was not seen when the same patients took a placebo. Overall, 71 percent of the participants said that chlorella helped to improve their fibromyalgia symptoms, with no side effects.

I've always thought that fibromyalgia is a immune system malfunction. Since chlorella is helping by stimulating the production of immune system factors like macrophages, leukocytes, and interferon, it is easy to make a connection and find out why this supplement is good for this illness.

Tomorrow, I'll talk about aloe vera and its benefits. Keep it up! Have a good day sexy!

Karine
P.S. The pic will be uploaded tonight. Sorry, no more battery. :)

Tired - not enough coffee

Yep, just detox symptoms, I guess.

Today, I got 2 other drink but i didn't get the one gallon as recommended.

In the afternoon, I got:
- Romaine lettuce ;
- 3 apples ;
- half a celery.

It leads me to 800 ml.
Budget: 3,50$

The one I got at 5h30 pm, was one liter.
- Half a honeydew;
- 2 oranges;
- 1 grapefruit;
- 1 quart of pineapple.

Budget: 3,25$

Good night sexy babes! I guess I am gonna have more things to say tomorrow. ;)

Number 2, number 1

This morning, I did a salt water flush.
I've read that we should do an enema each day while juice feasting.

Well... I don't see myself doing this. Just thinking of the idea, I'm getting sick. So I made some research and in the past, I first made a Master Cleanse fast. Not as easy as a Juice Feast, obviously, because calories number is down to 600. Also, you get sick of always drinking lemonade. 10 days was okay but I couldn't do more than that.

So, this morning, I've mixed one liter of distilled water with 1 tablespoon and a half of non-iodized sea salt. I have to be honest, the taste is very bad. But damn it is good for elimination! All the old fecal matter get out, like a guest you don't wanna invite in your home.

One warning: don't plan an appointment 30 minutes (even one hour is not enough) after drinking this. You're going to be a good friend with the toilet.

I am gonna do that for the time I need it. I guess 10 days at least.

This morning, I've juiced:
- 1 grapefruit;
- 1 orange;
- half a pineapple;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 tablespoon of chlorella;
- 45 ml of aloe vera gel.

That gave me 1 liter.
Budget: around 3$.

Heads up

Damn.
This Headache is killing me. Even though I am used to have headaches since the accident, I always hate the feeling. I have pain in the neck, and I wonder if It can be a detox symptoms even though it is my first day of juicing. can it be?
Anyhow, what I drank tonight:
- Kale
- 1 garlic clove
- carrot
- half head of celery
- Broccoli.

I don't mean to be boring, but it is the perfect timing to go to sleep, even if it's only 9h pm.

Good night sexy babes!

Karine

Baby steps

Definitely feeling like a baby, only drinking, always going to bathroom.

I got a second 800 ml of juice which was:

- half of an honeydew;
- two oranges;
- a tablespoon of Chlorella but I'm not sure If I have a good reason to add it.

Budget: Around 2$.

So, what is juice feasting?

It is an abundance of juice, the equivalent of 12 to 15 pounds of fruits and vegetables. It provides you all the nutrition you need to feed you. It is mainly to detoxify your body and soul from toxins you've been accumulating from years.

Here's what you can achieve after a 92 days feast.

1. Stop adding toxins into our bodies.
2. Drinking Nutrient Dense Living Juices with Superfoods/Supplements
3. Physiological Rest
4. Removing Uneliminated Waste Matter in Small Intestine and Colon
5. Hydration
6. Removing Uneliminated Toxins in the Blood, Lymph, and at the Cellular Level throughout the body
7. Alkalinization
8. Reduction/Eradication of Inflammation/Chronic Pain

11. Restoration of Nutrients
12. Rebuilding

Of course, weight loss is one of the biggest reason why peoples want to make a juice feast. However, weight loss is a result of a loss of toxins, which means a healthier body.

Regarding fibromyalgia symptoms, I've started my days with knots in my back and some pain in my feet and hands. Some of us has developed Myofascial Pain syndrome which is often associated to fibromyalgia. I did started my day with motivation so I've went to the grocery store by feet which was one hour walk. (What? Do you really think I'm gonna go to the store which is 7 minutes by feet and get lazy? No way!)

A juice is waiting for me in the fridge:
- 3 apples;
- Salad, half a pound;
- Ginger (small piece);
- half a celery.

Yummy.
Budget: Around 4 dollars.

Talk to you later, sexy babies!

Little sleep little sheeps

Hi everybody!
Guys, I've promised I am gonna talk about juice. So let's talk about juice.

Girls, I am not referring to gossip but REAL juice.

Maybe I was too excited to start this juice feast; I could barely sleep this night.

I just start my day with:
- One grapefruit;
- 3 oranges.

Could you believe it does makes 800 ml of juice? Wow. I am really impressed. So basically, 2,37$ (CANADIAN dollar of course).

I've read that I need some bee pollen for protein needs, to add in my juice.
So this is the first thing I am going to do today, then I'll write more about this juice feast. Talk to you later, sexy babes!

My journey to Juice feasting!

Sunday - March 14th.

Tomorrow will be my first day on my juice feasting journey.

Let's be honest first. The reasons why I am juicing are:
- Getting rid of those unwanted pounds to try a bikini for the second time in my life (first time was in my first -and last!- bodybuilding competition when I was 19); If I lose enough, I will have to shave my bikini zone and my legs all summer but I am willing to make this sacrifice;
- I also have a nice expensive dress I need to wear again to make a certain monetary gain;
- I am 35 and single. While I still have youth (yes, for your information, 35 is still young and it's a sexy period of your life!), I would like to make this period just the best one I will always remember;
- I have fibromyalgia; I've been told that a juice feast will help me to get more quality of life, less pain, more energy, more fun! (let's see!);
- I also have pre-cancer cells I wanna get rid of and my health is important to me;
- Looking good in all clothes but mostly naked;
- Erasing all those pimples on my face and body.

My plan is to do 30 days at least. If I can do more, as specified on the Juice Feasting program, I'll try 92 days, which will lead me to June 14th 2010. (Nice program! Just before summer :P)

I just got my juicer, which is a Hurom. I am totally in love with it. I'll talk more about it tomorrow along other technical stuff on juice feasting. So be there!

I hope this blog will entertain you and educate you about juice feasting, raw and living food and all natural healing treatment.
